How do I book?
Via our online booking system which is found on the home page of our website or on our Instagram page, alternatively you can call or email the clinic and our friendly staff will assist you.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is usually always street parking available our the front of the clinic, alternatively there is parking in Aldi supermarket next door.
What payment options are there?
We offer Afterpay and Zippay, and we accept eftpos and cash payments.
Can I get cosmetic treatments whilst pregnant or breastfeeding?
No we do not recommend this, due to the lack of research and evidence behind the safety of some treatments whilst pregnant or breastfeeding. Speak to our team to find out more.
Can I have cosmetic treatments if I'm under 18 years old?
Due to some cosmetic treatments being an elective medical treatment, you are required to be over 18 years old. We do not accept parental consent.
Can I bring my children?
Unfortunately not, due to the nature of the treatments performed and the environment. It is against health and safety standards.
Will I lose my deposit if I cancel or reschedule?
You will only forfeit your deposit if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment. We understand things happen and people get sick, but if you could give us as much notice as possible we would really appreciate it so we have time to offer the appointment to someone else.
No shows will automatically be charged a $100 fee.
What are the side effects of my treatment?
All questions regarding treatments/side effects, etc. will be answered during your appointment with the clinician treating you.
